Join the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #79 for their 4th Annual Trunk-or-Treat event at Grand Central Mall Parking Lot near JCPenney in Vienna, WV.

This is a free, safe, and unique way to Trick or Treat in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Highlights of the event include:

Best costume prizes, best trunk prizes, live music, and performances. All trunks are local businesses and organizations. 

Live Music performance by local artist Stephen Givens.
