Description
The Friends of Vienna are excited to announce the inaugural Glow on the O event, taking place on Saturday, October 19th at Spencer's Landing. Join us for a thrilling afternoon featuring pumpkin decorating contests, inflatables, and delicious offerings from local food vendors. As the evening sets in, don't miss the area's first-ever hot air balloon glow! This community event is free, so be sure to join us!
Food trucks (food for purchase), FREE inflatables (bouncy castles), free pumpkin carving contests, local food vendors, radio station live broadcast, hot air balloons.
Starting at 3 pm, local food trucks will be available for food purchases. Additionally, there will be four inflatables for children to enjoy at no cost.
Registration for our pumpkin decorating contest begins at 3pm. There is no cost to enter the contest.
AGE GROUPS:
7 & Under: Paint/Decorate a pumpkin
8 – 12: Paint/Decorate a pumpkin
13 – 17: Carve a pumpkin
18 & Up: Carve a pumpkin
RULES:
One pumpkin per person
Registration begins at 3pm
Judging at 4 - Winners announced at 5
Bring your pumpkin already carved/decorated
One winner per age group
Balloon pilots begin to inflate at 6 and the glow begins at dusk.
