I do not believe you have to go to the Big Box stores to get great family photos at a great price, in fact I think if you truly want unique, wonderful photos that reflect who your family is, the only way to go is local. I am a true believer in supporting your local business community, therefore, every season I plan to highlight several local photographers and their current season specials. Holden the Moment
Jan M Holden is the owner/photographer of Holden The Moment, wife, and a mother of three (soon to be four). For many years Jan dreamed of becoming a full-time photographer and business owner. In March of 2015 she decided to start Holden The Moment while continuing her profession as a nurse. Jan started out selling her nature photography while continuing her studies with the New York Institute of Photography. After feeling more confident with her work she began to offer portraiture. As of March, 2017 Jan decided to leave her nursing position and operate Holden The Moment full-time. Jan offers family, newborn, senior, event, sports, and even fundraising opportunities with her photography business. Most of the time her children are present during portrait sessions. Sessions are captured inside Jan’s home studio or outside around the Holden family farm. Change of location can be added for additional cost. Please feel free to contact her with any questions.

- Full Session Sitting Fee- $50
This includes a minimum of 20 images in an online gallery for ordering prints from.
(Digital Downloads, prints, and location other than photographers home studio are available at additional cost)
- Digital Options:
Downloads from your online gallery - $75
Images on a disc with print release - $100
- Yearly Digital Package - $200 Great for returning clients. This is a once a year purchase. Good for one year from date of purchase. Your images will be saved on a usb drive for each session during that year. This is a one time fee and client then only has to pay the session/sitting fee at each session.

I present a single price that encompasses the entire aspect of a session and photos. "I am currently a stay at home mom with a 15 mo. old son and 1 on the way. After my son was born, I began taking more and more pictures and shortly after started to do the same for family an friends. I really enjoy being able to capture those moments that happen so fast most people miss. Pictures have always been either the mom or dad behind the camera, so not everyone has a chance to be in it. Now days, they have evolved into selfies. This is what I love about photography. I am able to get the whole family involved and catch those moments we can hold in our hands for a lifetime. All of my photographs are captured in natural lighting. I use professional editing software and a professional print lab. Currently, I have 3 packages available. Each package will contain pictures sent to you digitally with a print release. If you wish to have prints, they can be specially ordered with an additional fee."
